Hi Lovelies,

I have created this blog which is solely entitled to raise awareness regarding certain psychological disorders, mainly focusing on anxiety. I recently graduated in my Masters as a counsellor and I always had anxiety, however over times I have learnt how to live and control it.

As a person and counsellor who suffers from General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), I will be sharing with you an insight of living with this disorder, and different ways in how one can control these feelings.
