During this time, naturally people will start to feel bored if they are stuck at home. Below I will be listing a few ways to keep the days filled with activities.
1. Discover New Hobbies
Lets say you already used up your usual hobby for the day, why not try something new? There are numerous courses on Udemy, which are super cheap and great for these times. You can also learn a new language on Duolingo, that way staying inside will be fruitful. Currently, I am baking daily and trying out new techniques since I have much more time on my hands. How are you coping with staying inside?
I cannot stress this enough! Grab a simple workout to do daily, this will help you reduce the stress that you might be feeling, while also keeping healthy. I do this every morning, just to give me the boost that I need for the day. If you have a garden or a balcony, you could even do your workout outside and enjoy the sun for some vitamin D.
I am one of those persons who mainly reads on a plane or during the weekend. Now we have a good excuse to grab those books that we have left on our bookshelf and read!
4. Be Creative
During this time, you can literally try and do anything that you wish. For example, pick up an instrument and learn how to play or read music. Try drawing or creating crafts from mediocre items that you find at home. The point of all of this is to keep your mind busy.
Whenever I have no clue what to do, I visit my friend Pinterest and always find something that interests me. You could even start your own page and share your ideas during these times.
I hope you found these tips useful, I would love to know how you are all keeping busy during these times!
